Postage costs

The prices stated on our website do not include shipping costs. For orders under €25, we charge €3.99 in shipping costs.

We offer free shipping for orders over €25.

Delivery times of in-stock goods

We strive to deliver your order to you as quickly as possible. For a large part of our range, if you order before 11:59 PM, you can expect your order to be delivered the next working day.

Products that we have in stock are shipped on the same working day. However, it is important to note that we are also dependent on the parcel service of PostNL and DHL, so you may have to wait a little longer for your order.

Track & Trace

On the day of shipment you will receive an email from us with a Track & Trace link. This allows you to track the status of your order and see exactly when you can expect it. We always send an email with Track & Trace information. If you have not received this email, please check your spam or junk emails.
